Ship's Cook First Class Frank Ebenezer Hill was a sailor in the U.S. Navy who received the Medal of Honor for his actions on July 21, 1905 in San Diego, California — a peacetime act of courage recognized in the Interim 1899 - 1910 period. At the time he was serving with U.S.S. Bennington. Hill was 24 years old.
10 other service members also received the Medal of Honor for actions on the same day. He later rose to the rank of First Lieutenant U.S. Navy WWI.
Hill was born on July 31, 1880 in La Grange, La Grange County, Indiana. His Medal of Honor is credited to Indiana. Hill died on September 23, 1932 in Key West, Florida, at the age of 52. He is buried at Center Point Cemetery in Center Point, Indiana.

Frank Ebenezer Hill (July 31, 1880–September 23, 1932) was a United States Navy Ship's Cook First Class received the Medal of Honor for actions on board the USS Bennington (PG-4) off San Diego, California during a boiler explosion which killed 62 enlisted men and one officer.
